On November 15, 2009 we plan to celebrate the 25^th Anniversary of The Covenant Church of Jesus Christ.  This should be a real milestone in our history as a church.  In every way we want this to be the biggest celebration of the Lord’s goodness to us that we have ever had. 

We certainly want you to be a part of this happy and meaningful occasion.  In fact, I feel that it will not be successful unless we have you with us for the celebration. 

First and foremost, we want all of our members to pray that the Lord will bless our efforts as we plan this ANNIVERSARY SUNDAY.  Secondly, we must be able to count on each person to be inviting others; friends, neighbors and associates.  Third, we need your effort in the preparation of the big day.  There is more to do than a few people can get done.  I know we can count on you!!

The Lord has done many wonderful things in our midst.  We do not have the time or space in this letter to recount all of the blessings, but we would like to do so on our special day of celebration.  It should be a day of remembering and a day of looking to the future, anticipating what the Lord will do with and through us.

Circle November 15, 2009 on your calendar and set aside everything that might hinder your being present for this special day.  Be praying as we further plan the activities of the day, that God might lead us in His way.  We want to glorify Him in all of our plans.
